Testimonials

The LED grow light market is chalk full of misleading information. After much research I chose Black Dog LED. They have a wealth of information on their youtube channel and website. The lights are made in Colorado, unlike many light manufacturers. When it comes to customer support I haven’t experienced better. The light performs far superior to products 90% of the price. The growth I’ve seen since installing them in my room is fantastic. The light is not only aesthetically pleasing but the thought put into even the light hangers is evident. Highly recommend the company and products they produce.

We have been using BlackDog's for years because our yields have been incredible. Unfortunately I am one of those people who does not do reviews unless there is something really good or really bad with a product..... Exactly why I am finally writing a review. After using our PhytoMax 200 & 600's we decided to make the jump to PhytoMax2 1000 and as soon as we plugged it in were thrilled with the full spectrum light. After on a couple months we decided to use a LightRail light mover and somehow our BlackDog fell off the light rail almost 10 feet and crashed onto our concrete floor. After composing myself I plugged it back in and to our amazement it came on, lights blazing and fans running. Still concerned about if the light was operating correctly I called BlackDog, who actually offered to send us a loaner while we sent ours in to them to have it checked out. Long story short, after their techs went through our light and tested everything, other than some cosmetic damage and electrical plug housing needing repaired, our PhytoMax2- 1000 was actually in perfect order. After an almost 10 foot fall, a $40 repair was all this light needed. Throughout the whole process the customer service was some of the best we have ever experienced and we are very grateful. I also want to add that our other older BlackDog lights are well over five years old and still work amazingly. We HIGHLY recommend this company and these lights. You get what you pay for all the way around. Thank you guys!!
